Event Overview:
Paradigms is a two-day event organized by Frontify, scheduled to take place in Rome, Italy.
Liability:
Frontify, its affiliates, and organizers are not liable for any loss or damage incurred by guests while traveling to or from the event. Frontify cannot be held responsible for any losses, injuries, or damages sustained during the event itself.
Special Requirements:
Guests are required to inform event staff in advance of any dietary restrictions or disability accommodations needed.
Photography and Videography:
Frontify will be capturing crowd pictures and videos throughout the event for promotional purposes, including usage on social media channels.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, guests understand and consent to the use of their image.
Guests uncomfortable with their image being used should notify a staff member during the event. While efforts will be made to accommodate such requests, Frontify cannot guarantee removal from marketing materials.
Alcohol Consumption:
Alcohol will be served at the event. Attendees must consume alcohol responsibly, and any excessive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Frontify reserves the right to refuse service to any attendee deemed intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all event buildings. Designated smoking areas will be provided outside the venue where possible. Attendees are expected to adhere to local smoking regulations and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
General Guidelines:
Guests are expected to adhere to all event rules and guidelines communicated by Frontify staff.
Any disruptive behavior that interferes with the enjoyment of others may result in removal from the event premises.
Health and Safety:
Guests are responsible for their own health and safety during the event.
Compliance with any health and safety protocols or regulations communicated by event staff is mandatory.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Frontify reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event in exceptional circumstances.
In the event of cancellation, Frontify will endeavor to provide refunds where applicable, but shall not be liable for any other costs incurred by guests.
Modification of Terms:
Frontify reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be communicated to guests through appropriate channels.
Acceptance of Terms:
Attendance at the Paradigms event constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
