How do I register for Paradigms 2026?

Click “Request a spot” on our website. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions to complete your ticket purchase via our ticketing platform, Tito.

Each attendee must complete their own registration form and accept the event terms and conditions.

What is the registration deadline?

The final registration deadline is Friday, July 31, 2026, or until we reach capacity.

We recommend registering early, as spaces are limited.

Is there an early bird discount?

Yes. Guests who register before Friday, May 29, 2026 are eligible for an early bird discount.

Can I register multiple attendees from my company?

Yes. You may reserve spots for up to three attendees. Each attendee receives a confirmation email and must complete their own registration. To register additional colleagues, please contact the event organizer.

Fees and payment: What does the registration fee include?

The registration fee includes:
Access to all Paradigms sessions
Event materials
Accommodation on Obonjan Island for three nights (September 15–18, 2026). Choose Standard or Premium when booking
All meals and snacks from the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 through to breakfast on Friday, September 18, 2026
Networking events within the official program
Optional (morning) activities within the core event program
Scheduled arrival and departure transfers as outlined below

Airport transfers

Arrival and departure transfers from Split Airport are available at set times on:
Tuesday, September 15, 2026 (arrival)
Friday, September 18, 2026 (morning departure)
We will confirm exact transfer times ahead of the event.

Transfers include:
Airport pick-up at Split
Transfer to Šibenik
Boat transfer to Obonjan Island
Return transfer to Split Airport on Friday morning
Please note we are unable to provide transfers outside of these specified dates and times.

Accommodation: Where will I stay?

For three nights, every guest stays in thoughtfully prepared private accommodation on Obonjan Island. Choose between Standard and Premium options – both with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and all the essentials for a restful stay.

What are the accommodation options?

Arrival and travel: What time should I arrive at Split Airport on Tuesday, September 15, 2026?

Please aim to arrive between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
If you arrive outside of these times, please inform the organizers in advance and we will try to accommodate where possible.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Our team coordinates multiple transfers throughout the day, tracking incoming flights and adjusting plans to welcome you as smoothly as possible.

However, we cannot guarantee transfers outside of the designated arrival window.

What time should I depart from Split Airport on Friday, September 18, 2026?

We suggest booking return flights from 10:00 AM onwards on Friday, September 18, 2026, to allow for a smooth departure.

Plan for a two-hour transfer from the island to Split Airport, with an additional 90 minutes at the airport before your flight.

The final boat leaves the island at lunchtime on Friday. All guests must check out and leave the island by then.

If you need to arrange an earlier departure, please speak with the organizers in advance so we can review available options.

Does the ticket include travel?

The ticket includes scheduled arrival and departure transfers from Split Airport on Tuesday, September 15 and Friday, September 18, as well as three nights of accommodation on Obonjan Island.

Attendees are responsible for arranging and covering:
International flights
Travel to Split Airport
Any travel outside the scheduled transfer times
Additional accommodation outside the event dates
Travel to and from the event is undertaken at your own risk. Frontify is not liable for any loss or damage incurred while traveling to or from the event.

Can I extend my stay?

Unfortunately, no. All guests must depart the island by lunchtime on Friday, September 18, 2026, as another event begins shortly after.

If you would like to extend your time in Croatia, we recommend staying in Split or Dubrovnik for the weekend.

Island information: Is there Wi-Fi on the island?

Yes. Wi-Fi is available in the main presentation and breakfast areas. Connectivity within the accommodation is limited.

If you require reliable internet access in your room, consider an eSIM travel data plan to stay connected as needed.

What currency is used?

Everything you need is included, but if you wish to purchase anything extra, Croatia uses the Euro (€).

A small island shop offers essentials like toiletries and cigarettes. The shop accepts cash and card.

There is no ATM on the island, so plan accordingly if you prefer cash.

Is there medical support on the island?

Yes. A private medical center on the island is equipped to handle urgent and acute health conditions. Medical services operate 24 hours a day.

Please note that payment for medical services must be made at the time of treatment.

A speedboat will also be on standby 24 hours a day during the event for emergency transport if required.

Is the water safe to drink?

Yes. Tap water on the island is safe to drink.

What is the electricity voltage?

Electricity on Obonjan is 230 volts with a frequency of 50 Hz, using plug types C and F.

If you are joining us from outside Europe, you may want to bring a suitable adapter.

What should I know about the island terrain?

Obonjan is a natural island setting. Some paths include sand, gravel, or small rocks.

We recommend practical footwear. High heels are best left at home.

Age policy: Is there a minimum age requirement?

Yes. All attendees must be 18 years or older.

Can I bring children?

No. Paradigms is a professional business event. We are unable to accommodate children.

Food and beverage: Will alcohol be served?

Alcohol will be thoughtfully served with meals and select moments throughout the program. We ask all attendees to drink responsibly. Frontify reserves the right to refuse service to any guest behaving irresponsibly.

Cancellation and refund policy: What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel your participation on or before Sunday, August 2, 2026, you are entitled to a refund of your event ticket fee minus a 10% administration charge.

Cancellations made after August 2, 2026 are non-refundable.

Please submit your cancellation request in writing by email. We cannot accept cancellations made verbally.

What happens if Frontify cancels or postpones the event?

If Frontify cancels the event:
You will receive a credit equal to the fees paid, valid for the next Paradigms event

If the next event does not take place, you will receive reimbursement of the same value

If the event is postponed, you may:
Cancel in line with the cancellation policy Request a credit

Transfer your ticket to another participant
Frontify’s liability is limited to the event fees paid and does not cover additional costs such as travel or accommodation.

Event experience: When will I receive further event information?

All attendees will receive:
An information email one month before the event
A further update one week before the event
A welcome email the day prior to the event with final timings

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring the following:
A copy of your registration confirmation email (digital is fine)
A valid form of photo identification for check-in

What is the dress code?

Dress code is business casual. We invite you to choose what feels comfortable and suits the local weather.

Are there accessibility accommodations?

We are committed to creating an inclusive experience.

During registration, please share any dietary or accessibility requirements. If you have additional needs, contact us in advance we will do our best to accommodate them.

Photography and media: Will the event be photographed or recorded?

Yes. Photography and videography may take place during the event.

By attending, you consent to appearing in recordings and imagery that may be used for promotional purposes across Frontify’s channels, including social media, website and print materials.

If you prefer not to appear in recordings, please notify a team member during the event. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee removal from all recordings.

Data and privacy: How will my data be used?

We process your personal data in accordance with Frontify’s Privacy Policy - https://www.frontify.com/en/legal/privacy-notice

During registration, you may choose to opt in to:
Sharing your contact details with event Sponsors
Attendee networking features, including LinkedIn profile sharing
We only share your data where you have explicitly opted in.

Event conduct: What conduct is expected at Paradigms?

Paradigms is grounded in mutual respect and community.

We expect all attendees to:
Behave professionally and respectfully
Follow all instructions from event staff
Consume alcohol responsibly
Comply with local health and safety regulations

Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant. Please contact us in writing to arrange the transfer.

Optional activities: Are optional activities included?

We may offer a range of optional side activities, including water-based activities.

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. Please note that these activities are unsupervised and do not have lifeguards or special supervision.

Frontify accepts no liability for injuries or loss arising from participation in optional activities, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual property: Can I share content from the event on social media?

Yes, you may share your experience on social media.

However, you must not:
Misrepresent the event
Use Frontify trademarks unlawfully
Share content that is discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful

Frontify reserves the right to request removal of content referencing the event or its materials.

Governing law

Paradigms 2026 is governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising in connection with the event are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of St Gallen, Switzerland.
