How do I register for the event?

You can ‘request you spot’ for the event by visiting our website - https://paradigms.io and once approved you can book your spot via the email confirmation' link to complete the online registration form.

What is the deadline for registration?

The deadline for registration is Friday 13 September or until we reach event capacity. We encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure your spot.

Is there a registration fee? If so, what does it cover?

Yes, there is a registration fee. It covers access to all sessions, materials, meals, and any networking events included in the program for the duration of the event.

What forms of payment are accepted for registration?

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Please reach out to rebecca.harmer@frontify.com if you require an invoice.

Are there any early bird discounts available?

Yes, we offer early bird discounts for those who register before the specified deadline. Please check the registration booking page for further information and be sure to take advantage of these savings!

Can I register multiple attendees from my company?

Absolutely! You can register multiple attendees from your company. Each attendee should complete their registration form.

How can I request a refund if I can no longer attend?

To request a refund, please contact our registration team at rebecca.harmer@frontify.com before the refund deadline. Be sure to review our cancellation policy for details.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund of your event ticket if cancellation is made before Friday 13 September, please ensure you email rebecca.harmer@frontify.com to confirm receipt of the cancellation request. We are not able to issue any refunds from Saturday 14 September onwards.

Will I receive a confirmation email after registering?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email shortly after completing your registration. This email will contain important details about the event.

When will further information about the event be sent?

We will contact you one month prior with all available information, including a survey for any dietaries or accessibility needs. A further email will be sent one week out and a welcome email the night prior to the event with all relevant timings.

Do I need to bring anything with me to the event?

Please bring a copy of your registration confirmation email and a valid form of identification for check-in purposes.

What is the dress code for the event?

The dress code is business casual however we want our guests to be comfortable, please dress appropriately for the local weather as needed.

What accessibility accommodations are available for attendees with disabilities?

We are committed to ensuring that all attendees can fully participate in the event. Please let us know about any specific accommodations you require, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
